2008 TTPOA Trade Show Table Assignments
Shipping Itinerary
The TTPOA is hosting its 2008 Annual Conference at the DoubleTree Hotel in Austin, Texas. Since the association was established in 1983, we have grown to over 3,000 members representing Texas and the US, as well as Europe and South America. The TTPOA Board of Directors expects the 2008 Conference to be our largest ever. The conference has grown over the past 20 years to one of the largest SWAT Conferences in the United States.
The Trade Show is scheduled to begin on the first day of the Conference, Thursday, April 10th. The Trade Show will be held in the 10,000+ sq ft Grand Ballroom of the DoubleTree. The TTPOA will host Vendor appreciation on Wednesday April 9th, 2008, from 6:30 PM until 9:00 PM, inside the ballroom during setup. Attendee registration and hospitality will also take place right outside the ballroom. By doing this, every attendee will flow past all exhibitors following the registration process. Officers not attending the Conference are also welcome to the Trade Show and we expect anywhere from an additional 250 to 400 officers from Austin and the surrounding areas to attend.
