This year, we are introducing new simplified, and exciting packages for this year's event.  Information regarding this year's schedule, payment deadlines, etc., are listed below the following packages.

We are currently SOLD OUT of space at this year's trade show and are currently accepting Stand-By Registrations Only.  We DO anticipate openings, so be sure to get on our Stand-By list, as space will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis.

STAND-BY REGISTRATION

 

Platinum Sponsorship - $7,000  - STAND-BY REGISTRATION ONLY

• 2 - 10' X 10' Booth Spaces w/2 - 6' tables and 4 chairs.
• Your company will get a full page ad in conference brochure.
• Your company's banner ad will be included in our banner ad rotation, which will be prominently displayed throughout our web site (see below for further details). Web site banner will begin once payment has been received.
• Your company will be provided with a list of contact information from attendee's that volunteer their information when they register.
• Your company's logo on the attendee giveaway t-shirt.
• Platinum Sponsorship preferred location at the vendor trade show.
• Invitation to Instructor/Sponsor reception to be held at off-site location on Thursday April 10th, 2008 from 6:30pm - 10:30pm.
• Access to range for product demonstration on Friday, April 11th. Range times will be awarded 1st to Platinum Sponsors, and 2nd to Conference Sponsors.

Conference Sponsorship  - $3,500 - STAND-BY REGISTRATION ONLY

• 1 - 10' X 10' Booth Spaces w/6' table and 2 chairs.
• Your company will get a half page ad in conference brochure.
• Your company's banner ad will be included in our banner ad rotation, which will be strategically displayed throughout our web site (see below for further details). Web site banner will begin once payment has been received.

• 6' X 8' Booth Spaces w/6'table and 2 chairs (No displays over 6 foot high.)

Outdoor Vehicle Bay - $1,500 - STAND-BY REGISTRATION ONLY
Vehicles will not be allowed inside of this years show.

Due to space limitations at this year's Conference, 10'x10' booth spaces are reserved for Platinum and Conference Sponsors ONLY.

TTPOA Website Advertisement

As part of our lucrative sponsorship packages, 2008 Sponsors (Platinum and Conference only) will have the opportunity to include their company's banner ad and logo in our banner ad rotation which is displayed throughout the TTPOA web site.  Banner ads are placed in the header area of the TTPOA web site and logos are strategically placed in the content areas throughout various and high-traffic sections of our web site.

By rotating images every five (5) seconds, this allowed us to display our 2007 SWAT Competition sponsors' logos over 3.5 million times within a 4 month time period. Even during our low-traffic season, each of our Competition Sponsors averaged over 170,000 impressions.  As we enter our high-traffic season leading up to the Conference, we expect the total number of impressions to increase.

There will be no refunds for cancellations after Monday, March 3rd, 2008.

Trade Show Set Up Date and Times
Vendors will be allowed to set up between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM on Wednesday, April 9th, 2008.  We will be serving refreshments for Vendor hospitality between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM during setup. You will also be able to setup before the show starts on Thursday, April 10th, 2007 between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Please don't show up before 5:00 PM on Wednesday, you will not be allowed into the vendor area and we will not be responsible for your equipment if you leave it outside of the vendor show.
